  • Continuing Education Workshop for Social Workers

    Jesse led a continuing education workshop for social work field supervisors for Binghamton University’s Department of Social Work. Social workers learned Jesse’s conversation and self-coaching techniques and were able to apply the hours toward their continuing education licensing requirements.

  • Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program

    Sponsored by the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, Jesse led this six-week program for local leaders in business and the nonprofit sector, focusing on transformative leadership.

  • Maximizing Leadership Effectiveness for Experienced Leaders

    Sponsored by Care Compass Network, this six-month program specifically designed for experienced senior leaders in healthcare and human services was led by Jesse between June and November, 2024.

  • Comprehensive Leadership Training at the Raymond Corporation

    Jesse created a comprehensive, 4-part training program to focus on relevant issues for hundreds of employees in leadership positions at The Raymond Corporation in Greene, NY; Syracuse, NY; and Muscatine, Iowa.

  • Inspirational Meeting for Leaders

    Jesse was invited to speak and give an inspirational workshop for managers at HCA (Helping Celebrate Abilities) at their holiday meeting. He focused on self-care for those in the human services and shared his powerful Five Questions Exercise.

  • Inspiring Regional Valedictorians and Salutatorians

    Jesse was invited by the Broome-Tioga Association of Chief School Administrators to be the keynote speaker at their annual Scholastic Dinner in June. Jesse’s asked these students graduating at the top of their classes what they might attempt if they never worried about being “good enough.” His inspiring message of gratitude and pride in the local area was well received by students, parents, and educators alike.
